THE PLOT:
This is the story of a small town and it's annual muskie fishing contest. Every year people would come from miles around
to catch the biggest muskie that they can, the biggest one wins a prize of five thousand big ones. But this year someone
is fishing something besides Muskie, human fishing.
Now a man who as a boy say his Grandfather die is out to uncover the truth about the killer who fishes for humans before
he strikes again.
ZEDD'S OPINION:
A killer who fishes humans, hmm, interesting, but stupid! One, it takes a man to fastened to a boat before he or she can
pull a heavy marlin into a boat, so how can an ordinary man pull a full grown man or woman off a boat? Well maybe if you're
built like Stallone, but this was a skinny guy. Secondly, they come up with a theory that a man with a metal plate in his
head can go nuts hearing a certain combination of sounds, that stupid too. Lastly, why catch people and not do anything with
them? He just let them rot under some pier, he didn't eat them and didn't mount them. What was the bloody point? THE NOOSE!
VOLTRON'S OPINION:
What Zedd wrote were all valid points but he left a bunch of stuff out. That's not the only reason why this is a steaming
pool of s*** floating in the sewer of bad movies. Here's a few more reason. One, the picture quality is crap and so is
the sound quality. Two, corny dialog and finally the acting is worse then a high school play. The gore effects were fairly
good but that alone can't save it. THE NOOSE!
ON THE POSITIVE SIDE (+ HITS):
+ MYSTERY (It is a pretty good mystery although we guessed who it was. But we're writers.)
+ GORE EFFECTS (The gore effects were good.)
ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):
- NORMAL (He wasn't a zombie or supernatural so how can a normal size old man pull a full grown man who weighs way more then
a muskie off a boat and onto a pier?)
- DIDN'T DO ANYTHING (He just let the humans rot under a pier, he didn't mount them.)
- REASON (The whole devil's music that make people with a metal plate in their head go nuts is stupid and doesn't make
sense.)
- FILM QUALITY (Piss poor.)
- SOUND QUALITY (Piss poor.)
- WRITING (Piss poor.)
...AND FINALLY...
- ACTING (The acting was sub-High School Drama club.)
