THE PLOT:
Space, the final frontier. These are the voyages of the starship Enterprise, it's five year mission to explore strange new
worlds. To seek out new life and new civilazation, to boldly go where no man has gone before! Captain Kirk and the crew
of the Enterprise live out life in the distant future. Where traveling to distant stars is like taking a road trip.
But there are enemies out there in the deep blackness of space, enemies and alien monsters. So Jim and the crew are in
constant danger, ready to fight monters or seduce hot alien babes.
ZEDD'S OPINION:
To boldly go where no man has gone before. Now I got to admit I wasn't around when the series first aired on TV, I wasn't
born until 1971. But I still grew up with it. During the re-runs in the 1970s' I was hooked, now that I am all grown up, I
bought the entire series on DVD. Now the episodes for the most part were interesting, there are some I liked, some I loved
and some that were just so-so. I never find it corny or over the top like some people claim. I think the aliens and the monsters
are cool and I have a fondness in my heart for this show, a show that even now is relevant. With Dictators holding weapons
of mass destruction over our heads and Terrorist plotting, we need Star Trek now more then ever to show that there is a beacon
of hope in the clouds of despair and mankind will win-out over power hungry fools and maniacs. 9 STARS.
VOLTRON'S OPINION:
I did grow up with Star Trek when it was new and I got to admit to me, it's the perfect series. True, there are some episodes
better then otherts. But as a whole, the series is great. 10 STARS

+ CREATURE EFFECTS (The creature effects are great.)
+ MESSAGE (A message of hope during dark times.)
+ HUMAN CHARACTERS (The human characters are great.)
