POLL WINNER...
JUNE 11TH, 2006

THE PLOT:

David was your typical College student. He needed a job so he can pay for his food and books and whatever. He turns to Doctor Stoner who is doing research on snake venom and anti-toxins. He hires David to be a lab assistant.

What David doesn't know is what happended to Tim his former lab assistant. That Stoner is working on a formula to transform a man into a snake. David doesn't understand or care about the mysterious injections he only has eyes for Doctor Stoner's hot daughter Kristina.

ZEDD'S OPINION:

An impressive cast that includes Tim O'Connor of Buck Rogers In the 25th Century fame and Dirk Benedict of Battlestar Galatica (original) and the A-Team fame. The effects were impressive, allthough, I would like to see a snake man with arms. But the thing that gets my goat about the whole movie, the thing that takes a pretty decent movie and flushes it almost entirely down the toliet is the censorship. Let me explain. There is two things that might have had nudity, one where they skinny dipped and they superimpossed leaves and branches over everything, then after love making, they got out of bed and they superimposed a bed headboard. Why? It was 1973 PG, that time peroid brief nudity was allowed. Other movies like LEGEND TO HELL HOUSE had nudity and it stayed PG. PLANET OF THE APES showed a bare butt and it was rated G! So that can't be the reason, if Dirk or Heather had a problem with nudity, then they should either got another actor or just forgot the whole scene. It was stupid and because of that I give SSSSSS a mere 5 STARS!

VOLTRON'S OPINION:

I agree with Zedd about the bush stuff. Plus something else bugged me. At the end, it seemed anticlimatic. Like they were going to have a sequel that never happened. I will not go into details, but I felt alittle gipped at the end. But you decide. I give SSSSSSS 7 STARS!

ON THE POSITIVE SIDE (+ HITS):

+ EFFECTS (The effects are well made and realistic.)
+ CREATURE (The one creature in the movie is impressive.)
+ CAST (Great TV stars.)

ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):

- CENSORSHIP (Add that to hide skin is just wrong and I just pray that someone puts out a uncensored version someday.)

...AND FINALLY...

- CHEATED (The ending was anti-Climatic and Voltron felt cheated by it.)
